One of the most important attributes of the BORAN is its ability to transmit hybrid vigour to the traditional beef breeds of Australia (including Brahman and its' crosses). Using BORAN bulls for crossbreeding is the quickest way of improving the commercial potential of many beef herds. Boran cross cows produce high-quality beef faster with fewer problems in the cow herd.
